Noritz NRCP error codes
Noritz's condensing tankless heater with a recirculation pump built into the cabinet, and the only Noritz range on this site that numbers its faults "Er" — Er11, not 11. That is not a cosmetic difference: the numbers do not line up with the NRC or EZ tables either, so an Er16 here is not a code 16 there. This generation has faults the others have no number for at all — Er40 for a gas leak, Er45 for a water leak, Er44 and Er46 for the recirculation pump and its flow. Read the second generation's table instead if your model number carries a second 1 or 2 — NRCP1112-DV or NRCP982-DV, the Eco TOUGH — because Noritz dropped Er46 and added Er42 there, and changed what Er44 means.
