Reporting a wrong or missing code

Corrections are the most useful mail we get. Please include the brand, the series or model number (it's on the rating plate on the side of the unit), and the code shown on the display — we verify against the manufacturer's manual and update the page.

What we can't help with

We can't diagnose your specific unit remotely, and we don't provide professional plumbing or gas-fitting advice. For repairs beyond the homeowner-safe checks on our pages, contact a licensed plumber or the manufacturer's support line.

If you smell gas, do not email anyone — leave the area and call your gas utility from outside.
