SV0-SV3 solenoid valve fault. Another code Rinnai names differently on this generation: here it is the SV0, SV1, SV2 or SV3 solenoid valve, the individual solenoids on the gas valve, rather than the single gas solenoid the SENSEI series reports. One step is worth knowing about because it points somewhere else entirely: Rinnai asks the technician to check for moisture in the plastic tube running from the bottom of the combustion box to the gas valve, and if moisture is there, to find out whether the heat exchanger is leaking or condensate is running back down the vent.
