- Order a replacement neutralizer or refill media for your housing.
- Fit it following the instructions supplied with it — Noritz points at those rather than printing a procedure.
- Check the drain line downstream while the housing is off; a slow drain is often the pipe rather than the media.
Frequently asked questions
Can I ignore 92 and wait for 93?
You can, and you will still have hot water. What you will not have is condensate neutralisation, so acidic water goes to your drain untreated in the meantime. Whether that matters depends on what your drain is made of — it matters a great deal to cast iron and to a septic system.
