PC board fault. The control board has failed its own checks. Rinnai's list is short: confirm the unit's parameters were set properly, check every harness into the board for loose or damaged connections, then replace the board. On a SENSEI RX the replacement is not a straight swap — the data has to be transferred from the old board with the cable supplied, or all parameters programmed manually from Rinnai's PC board replacement instructions.
