Combustion fan motor fault. The fan that supplies combustion air is not turning, not turning freely, or not reporting back correctly. Rinnai's checks are the wiring harness, the blower wheel spinning freely, debris in the fan housing, the check valve behind the fan sticking closed on SENSEI and SENSEI RX units, then motor winding resistance and voltage at connector CN7.
