Navien NPE-2 Code E012
Flame loss. The burner lit and then the flame was lost, or stopped being detected. Navien gives owners two things to check: clean the intake air filter, and make sure the electrical cord is properly grounded. Both matter — restricted combustion air destabilises the flame, and a poor ground breaks the circuit that senses it.
