Navien NPE-A / NPE-S Code E439
Flow sensor fault. The flow sensor is not reporting the water flow the unit expects. It is the device that tells the heater to fire when you open a tap, so when it fails the usual symptom is no hot water at all rather than water at the wrong temperature. Navien's instruction is to contact technical support.
